These stylish, low profile, electro-polished, cross-end cleats are made from solid AISI 316 stainless steel. The hollow base is secured by four countersunk fasteners. They will enhance the look of your vessel and are guaranteed for life. These cleats are used for setting mooring lines and making fast at a dock.
