Geogrids, Geonets, Geocells and Erosion Control Mesh (Certified to ISO 9001)
POLYPROPYLENE BIAXIAL GEOGRID
Our biaxial and uniaxial geogrids are made from high strength polypropylene and HDPE resin. These low creep geogrids are suitable for applications including retaining walls and bridge abutments, pavements, highways, airports, earth walls, earth dams, landfills, landslide repairs, railway track reinforcement and land fill sites. Geogrids are also available made from polyester fibres and we can supply geogrids with high quality geotextiles bonded to them.
Biaxial and uniaxial geogrids are UV stabilised with 2% Carbon Black. They are chemical and biologically resistant and resist installation damage.

HIGH MODULUS POLYESTER GEOGRIDS
Our polyester geogrids are characterized by high tensile strength and low creep. The geogrids are manufactured using high quality yards coated with a protective polymer. They offer an economical solution where non-cohesive, coarse grained soils must be reinforced because they adapt better to irregularities of the fill or subgrade than rigid geogrids. These grids have high junction strength, superior long term design strength and durability.
Applications include reinforcement of road sub-base, retaining walls and segmented block walls.

HDPE GEONETS (CAN BE SUPPLIED WITH OR WITHOUT A GEOTEXTILE)
Our biplanar and triplanar geonets are made from high strength HDPE bonded with a high quality, non woven geotextile. Geonets are designed for in-plane flow under design loads over a large surface area.
Biplanar geonets have a low intensity but high elongation and are suited for projects where the foundation reasonable or the bearing capability demand is low, such as parks, temporary roads, banks and slopes. Geonets can be used in place of soil drains in civil and environmental applications such as under-slab drainage, leak detection, gas venting and leachate collection.
Biplanar and triplanar geonets are UV stabilised with 2% Carbon Black. They are chemical and biologically resistant and resist installation damage.

HDPE GEOCELLS
We offer a range of 3D structural geocells made from HDPE with a cell height ranging from 50 to 200 mm. Manufactured under an ISO9001 quality assurance program, the cell joints are ultrasonically spot-welded with three welds per inch uniformly spaced across the height of each strip. Seam strengths are the same across the entire height of the cell joint. Geocells can be supplied with solid or perforated walls. We can also supply a geocell for vertical installations.
Geocells are supplied as collapsed, lightweight bundles that are easily transported and handled on site. When opened during installation, they create a series of interconnected cells. Once the cells are expanded to their maximum size and filled with soil, gravel, concrete, etc, the structure becomes rigid and monolithic. This effectively confines unconsolidated materials within the cells and prevents their movement even on steep slopes, or from substantial dragging forces such as hydraulic currents. The confinement action not only prevents the erosion but improves the structural and functional behaviour of soil and aggregate infill materials, providing an alternative to hard engineering solutions such as reinforced concrete or rock armour.

Polypropylene Erosion Control Geomats
Erosion control geomats are designed for the protection and growing of grass on slopes subject to surface erosion by resisting the impact of drop run-off and soil movement. The three dimensional structure protects the layer of topsoil and anchors the roots of growing grass. Erosion Control Geomats are manufactured by joining together several layers of polypropylene extruded fibres. Layers of fibres placed above and below a single central layer provide thickness and three-dimensionality to the geomat. Available in green or black
Applications include slope protection, stormwater and irrigation channels and land fill covers.
